  • Terms & conditions

    It is Ramon's goal -as professional speaker- to make clients happy and to have a continuous relationship, yet Ramon also has to pay the bills, so please see the items below and we will use this a basis to talk together.

     

    Please note that Ramon has blocked his agenda (saying 'no' to other requests) and already has started to do the research from the moment we have an agreement.

     

    These terms & conditions only apply if you made a direct deal with Ramon Vullings as speaker / moderator and no speaker agency contract or other crazy contracts are in in place.

     

    OK, let's dive in!

    Illness (Ramon can't make it) 🤒

    In the unlikely event that Ramon is too ill to perform, we can decide to find another moment for his keynote / moderation or Ramon will find a suitable replacement.

    Logistics (Ramon can't make it) 🛬

    Ramon always tries to be way on time for his engagements. Yet in the unlikely event that Ramon logistically can't make it, due to logistical problems (i.e. airplane delay). We will be as flexible as possible, maybe switch to a last minute virtual version or something.

     

    In any case 100% of the fee and costs will be charged directly after the initial event date.  

    Event change / cancelation 🛑

    If the event's date is moved, based on Ramon's availability we can see if this still fits. In any case 100% of the fee and costs will be charged directly after the initial event date.

     

    If the event is cancelled due to a client decision later than 2 months before the event, 100% of the fee and costs will be charged directly after the initial event date.

     

    If the event is switched to an on-line version, 100% of the fee and costs will be charged directly after the initial event date.

     

    If the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster (i.e. earthquake), than that is it, no fee (only costs) will be claimed. There are more important things to focus on.

    Not satisfied 🙁

    In the very unlikely event that Ramon's performance is really not to your liking, we probably should have discussed the expectations even better. Based on the arguments -from both sides- we can see what we can do, a re-run or additional session are options in that case. Normally 100% of the fee and costs will be charged.

    NDA (non-disclosure agreements) 🤐

    Don't worry Ramon won't spill any company secrets... knowing this... Ramon indeed has a pile of NDA's for various clients and he will sign an NDA if really needed, yet from a cross-industry learning perspective this not a prefered thing to do...

     

    And please don't ask to become owner of Ramon's content... keep it normal!
